About the Builder

I'm Klapen — founder of Charon and one of the builders. I build cinematic, themed corvettes in NMS: roleplay vessels, ceremonial hulls, ships put together to embody a role. If a ship feels like it has a job to do before you board it, I did my work right.

Most of what I build is hand-detailed at the interior level. The Hegemon has an approach corridor and an audience hall because the ship's job is to be a place where things happen. The Ferryman's Whisper exists because The Hegemon needed a courier.

I started Charon because I wanted these ships to actually reach the people who'd appreciate them, not get lost in a Discord scroll. The catalog is open to any builder who shares that bar — bring your hulls, we'll send the bot.

Currently working on: a private-catalog vessel built around the Charon brand specifically. May open it to invitation later.

Favorite Space Universe

Star Wars, Imperial era. Give me an Arquitens-class on patrol, a Star Destroyer in dock, the steel-grey lighting on a hangar bay. That's the look I'm chasing in NMS.
