Report a Delivery Issue
Something went wrong with a delivery. Let the mod team know — reviews are manual and case-by-case. Charon doesn't issue automatic refunds, but real problems get real responses.
The mod team reviews every ticket individually and decides comps on a case-by-case basis. Reviews are not automatic. Hardware-side issues (crashes traced to your PC/console, ISP drops, save corruption from outside our delivery window) are outside Charon's scope.
If your delivery failed cleanly inside Charon's window — bot didn't show, build was incomplete, ship looks wrong — you're in the right place. The more evidence you include, the faster Charon's triage can decide.

The mod team will review and reach out on Discord within 24 hours. You can also check the status under your delivery history — reported deliveries get a small flag next to them until the team resolves.
